a DVD -R or Mini DV
** in 16.9 (widescreen) A DVD that can be played on a normal DVD player - Not Compressed **(AVI - Uncompressed). ** Please do not send an mp4 (Compressed) File.
**If submitted on a +R dvd and / or compressed, you will be asked to re-submit UNcompressed and / or on a -R *** DATA DISC is OK ***

- WE do NOT accept quicktime
- ftp transfers - footage by e-mail
- MPEG - Beta Cam - HDV
ANY Footage that's compressed - **MUST BE UNcompressed
ie. NOT compressed

TOGETHER WITH YOUR CD and/or Giveaways (Giveaways such as Albums, T-Shirts, caps, etc. are OPTIONAL).

INTERNATIONAL Bands:- We do not accept NTSC Format - MUST be in PAL Format - Australian Standard as per details above

N.B. We offer free promotion on c31 to help our fellow Musicians promote themselves & their Music. We do not purchase Albums to promote Artists.

- We will not consider airing your film clip or reach a decision through youtube.

- We will only look at videos and this is done once a week on the scheduled day or night, depending. Once you have submitted the promotional pack, we will schedule it in for viewing and consideration for possible airplay.
- It might take up to 2 weeks from when we receive it, before we actually view it. Trips to the Post Office are made once a week.

- Once Peter & I have viewed your film clip and reached a decision, one of us will get back to you in due course.
- If and when a decision is reached and your film clip accepted for airplay, it does not necessarily mean that your film clip will be included for airplay straight away.

Initial contact by e-mail will discuss a day & time suitable for the Musicians/Artists, us & the Presenter. Once we have decided on a date & time, the Interview and/or Acoustic Act will be booked in, however, it will not be locked in until the standard fee & all required is received. Once we have received the fee, film clip, and Album & Bio, the date is Locked in. You will, then receive all other details including Location Address.
If you wish to be part of the Giveaways Segment, any of the Giveaways can be given to us on the day.

**THE   FILMING/ Asylum TV COVERAGE PERFORMANCE RELEASE AGREEMENT FORM MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL ARTISTS/MUSICIANS/BAND MEMBER MANAGER
(A Band Member who plays in the Band and is the Manager of that Band - NOT an independent Person, NOR their *MANAGEMENT)
ON THE DAY BEFORE THEIR PERFORMANCE.

You will receive a copy of the edited footage on a DVD. This will not happen until it has gone to air and depending on the priority schedule. Allow up to 3 weeks

We encourage every-one to
Tune in weekly in Melbourne
and / or Nationally.

NB. We cannot give an exact date of when our Shows will be sent to the Interstate & International Stations. These are sent in Batches and we have to give priority to our daily Melbourne heavy schedule. Interstate & International Tapes are done week-ends and again, depending on the filming schedule.
Once they are received by the Interstate & International Stations, it is out of our control when they will air the Shows and in what order
